Elegant Wears Refund Policy

At Elegant Wears, we want to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase. Please take a moment to read our 30 Days Exchange & Return Policy, with a few exceptions:

Eligibility for Return/Exchange:

  • We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • Products eligible for return/exchange include all items except Toys, Jewelry, Swimming Gears, Stationery & Baby Care Items.

Return/Exchange Process:

  1. Contact our customer support team at Ewears04@gmail.com to initiate the return/exchange process.

  2. Please pack the item securely and include a copy of the original packing slip or order confirmation.

  3. Ship the parcel to the following address:

    Elegant Wears Returns PLOT 1023, 4F Main Bijli Nagar Rd, Near Makki Masjid, Mominabad, Orangi Town, Karachi 

Conditions for Return/Exchange:

  • Items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and packaging.
  • Refunds will be processed in the original form of payment.

Exceptions:

  • Toys, Jewelry, Swimming Gears, Stationery & Baby Care Items are not eligible for return/exchange unless there is a defect or error on our part.

Refund Processing Time:

  • Please allow 6-7 business days for us to process your return and initiate the refund.
